The Second Annual Balloon Festival Pageants
On October 10, 2009, over seventy remarkable delegates graced the stage at the Hazel & JW Ruby Community Center at Mylan Park. Pictured are the young ladies that won the titles and represent the Mountaineer Balloon festival with pride, community spirit and excitement!!
